Data Privacy Policy of the User
This Data Privacy Policy of scorio GmbH, Bonhoefferweg 3, 76327 Pfinztal, Germany (hereinafter: "User") defines how the User handles your data which are saved in connection with the use of the "scorio.com" website and the scorio apps for mobile devices.
The User takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and strictly observes applicable data privacy laws.
The following declaration gives you an overview of how the User guarantees this protection and what kind of data are collected for what purpose.
I. General data processing on this website
Each time you access one of the User's pages and each time you retrieve a file, data are saved in a log file on this procedure.
Hence, the User automatically collects and saves information in its server log files which your browser transmits to the User. The following information is transmitted:
- Browser type /version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL (URL of the page visited last)
- Host name of the accessing computer (IP address)
- Time of the server inquiry including the time difference to Greenwich Mean Time.
The User cannot allocate these data to specific people. These data are not combined with data from other sources. Moreover, the data are deleted after a statistical evaluation, at the latest after seven months, unless there is an applicable law to the contrary.
The collection of data for the provision of the website and the storage of data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, there is no possibility of objection on the part of the user.
II. Data processing after registration
In order for you to make full use of the service provided by the "scorio.com" website, you must agree to this Data Privacy Policy in advance, i.e. upon registration. The User is then permitted to collect, save and use your data to provide the scorio service and to prevent illegal acts based on this Data Privacy Policy and the statutory provisions applicable in each case.
From time to time, amendments to this Data Privacy Policy might become necessary to guarantee the provision of the scorio service. You shall be notified of future amendments to this Data Privacy Policy in the same way you are notified of amendments to the General Terms and Conditions. § 21 no. 1 of the German Terms and Conditions applies.
By giving your consent to this Data Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use of the User when registering with "scorio.com", you agree to the use of your personal details and data subject to the following conditions:
a) For you to use the User's service without restriction, you agree to the saving and use of the data you have provided on your name, date of birth, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank and credit card connection or other means of payment in order to provide the scorio service and to process payments.
b) In addition, you agree to the saving and use of your IP address and to the logging of your access to individual web pages in order to provide the scorio service.
c) If necessary, the User will disclose the collected data to third parties for the purpose of system maintenance. Such disclosure primarily serves to guarantee the functionality of the scorio service. Data is disclosed subject to strict conditions and solely in compliance with applicable laws.
d) You agree to the collection, processing and use of your data by the User also with the aid of cookies. Cookies are small files which facilitate use of the online website for you. Your Internet browser automatically receives these files from the server of the User and saves the cookies on your computer. The user uses two types of cookies: so-called session cookies and permanent cookies.
The User sends a session cookie to your computer when you login to your scorio account by entering your user name and your password. This makes the use of the scorio service more convenient and quicker for you. When you log out or close the browser, this cookie is deleted and no longer has any effect.
The user also uses permanent cookies. This has the advantage that your user name is automatically shown in the login form. Therefore, you do not need to enter your user name every time you login to the account administration of your scorio account. Furthermore your language preference and an identification of your most recent score are stored in cookies. The data which the cookie contains are encrypted and cannot thus be understood by third parties. You can set your browser so that it informs you before it accepts cookies or so that it does not accept any cookies. However, please make sure that your browser settings allow cookies because this is the only way you can use the complete service provided by scorio without compromising the quality.
2. Information for government bodies and public authorities
Data is transferred to government bodies or public authorities only in order to comply with mandatory legislation or official or court orders.
3. Right to information and revocation
Upon request, the User shall inform you at any time in writing or electronically whether personal data are stored on you and if so, what kind.
You have the following rights towards us with regard to personal data concerning you:

· Right to correction or deletion,
· Right to limitation of processing,
· Right of opposition to the processing,
· Right to data transferability.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about the processing of your personal data in our company.

We point out that even if you revoke your consent, we may be required to retain your data until your account with scorio is settled and the billing period is closed. In addition, we may be required to retain your data if required by mandatory legislation.
III. Data processing based on a special consent
When registering with scorio and at a later stage, you also have the opportunity of agreeing to further use of your data by the User. This respective consent is declared separately and above all is not linked to your using the service of the User.
You can consent to the User informing you of scorio product information and news by e-mail, by post, by text message and by telephone. In this context, the User sends newsletters at regular intervals to inform you of news and services. You can deactivate this service by clicking on the unsubscribe hyperlink contained in every newsletter e-mail or by terminating the newsletter in your account administration. You can also inform scorio GmbH that you no longer wish to receive the newsletter by sending an e-mail to dataprivacy@scorio.com or by post (to be sent to: scorio GmbH, Bonhoefferweg 3, 76327 Pfinztal, Germany). If you revoke your consent, the personal data will be blocked for further use for the purposes named under this sub-item.
2. Customer information of other companies
Your data will not be disclosed to other companies so that these can inform you of products and services.
